Ring wrapping machine with mechanical control of the pre-stretching of the film adjustable from the operator panel. It reaches an output of 100/120 pallets/hour. The film reel dispenser with powered pre-stretch system can house film reels up to 18/20kg, increasing the autonomy of the machine compared to traditional systems. The components regulating the pre-stretch are fixed, they not rotate with the ring: the system for gripping, cutting and welding is standard equipment. The electric tension is driven on the ring through a magnetic induction system. This technological solution ensures low obsolescence, total lack of wear from friction due to warm contacts and mechanical components such as timing belts, reduction of costs for maintenance and spare parts.
